DISTRIBUTION: ELECTRONIC FILING SERVICE PROVIDERS FILING WITH LASC
Mandatory eFiling for attorneys commenced in Probate June 5, 2017 and has reached its 90 day post implementation mark. The Court and its Probate filing community were successful in the implementation of this service. Based on filings submitted electronically to date, the Court released a notice today regarding reasons that filings are most typically returned.
