To limit the opportunity for COVID-19 to spread in our communities, all County offices, and most surrounding buildings will be closed to the public* from Thursday, March 9, 2020, through Friday, April 10, 2020.
All vital records will be processed via the mail (USPS). Applications for all vital records request can be found online at http://www.lakecountyca.gov/Government/Directory/Assessor-Recorder/Resources/Recorder_Forms.htm. Please complete the application and send a check to:
