BEGINNING JULY 1, ATTORNEYS WITH A COURTID WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ADVANCED ATTORNEY PORTAL FEATURES

Effective July 1, 2022, the enhanced features of the Advanced Attorney Portal will be available to all attorneys with a CourtID at no cost, such as the viewing of their electronic cases files (if available) and setting up alerts for their cases.

Advanced Attorney Portal features include:

  • Access to all cases for which you are the attorney of record;
  • View all your electronic case documents (available for family law, juvenile dependency, limited and unlimited civil, probate, small claims, and traffic);
  • Connect directly to LACourtConnect, the Court’s remote courtroom appearance technology;
  • Receive notifications of any activity on your cases;
  • The ability to temporarily (for up to six months) delegate access to others such as paralegals and substitute attorneys in accordance with California Rules of Court 2.518, 2.519, and 2.520;
  • Track your upcoming hearings in the next six months;
  • Direct access to the free Hearing Reminder System;
  • The ability to look up public cases and calendars;
  • Access to the name search program; and
  • Access to cases for which you are not the attorney of record.

Register by creating a CourtID and password and completing the process of validating your bar number and CourtID information with the State Bar. Attorneys who have previously subscribed to the Advanced Attorney Portal will have their subscription renew automatically at no charge.
