CIVIL DIVISION TO ELIMINATE FAX FILING UPON IMPLEMENTATION OF MANDATORY EFILING FOR COMPLEX CASES
The Complex Civil Division of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles will implement mandatory electronic filing (eFiling) for Complex cases beginning Monday, September
20, 2021.
As a result, as of 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 17, the Civil Division will no longer accept fax filings for Complex Civil documents from represented parties.
