COURTROOM CHANGE AT MICHAEL D. ANTONOVICH ANTELOPE VALLEY COURTHOUSE

The Michael D. Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse, 42011 4th St. W., Lancaster, will implement the following change to courtroom operations, effective April 18, 2022:

  • Judge Dean J. Kitchens will be assigned to Department A12 at the Michael D. Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse. All Probate matters previously assigned to Department A12 will be assigned to Judge Kitchens for all purposes unless otherwise notified.

All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents submitted for filing to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings, and document routing.
