FAMILY LAW DIVISION ANNOUNCES COURTROOM CHANGES TO THE AB 1058 CHILD SUPPORT COMMISSIONER PROGRAM AT THE STANLEY MOSK COURTHOUSE

The Family Law Division will implement the following changes to courtroom operations in the AB 1058 Child Support Commissioner Program, effective May 2, 2022:

  • Department 23 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles, will become the fifth AB 1058 Child Support Commissioner Program courtroom.
  • Commissioner Tiffany W. Tai will be assigned to Department 23 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Cases assigned or reassigned to Commissioner Tai will receive notice of case assignment.
  • Commissioner Christine J. Gonong will be assigned to the AB 1058 Child Support Commissioner Program at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse and will assist with coverage needs for AB 1058 calendar courtrooms.

Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents submitted for filing to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing
