LASC PROBATE DIVISION TO ELIMINATE DIRECT FAX FILING OF DOCUMENTS

The Los Angeles Superior Court implemented electronic filing (efiling) of all documents filed in the Probate Division on June 5, 2017.

Effective June 1, 2019, the Probate Division will no longer accept fax filings for probate documents.
