LOS ANGELES COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT THE PROBATE DIVISION ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENTS

The Probate Division at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, 111 N. Hill Street, Los Angeles, implemented the following changes on April 1, 2020:

• Judge Paul T. Suzuki was reassigned from Department 79 to Department 3. Judge Suzuki hears trials, evidentiary hearings, settlement conferences, and proceedings related thereto.
• Judge Ana Maria Luna was reassigned from Department 88 to Department 79. Her assignment changed from Family Law to Probate. All cases previously assigned to Judge Suzuki in Department 79 have been reassigned to Judge Luna for all purposes.

Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents submitted for filing to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing.
