Notice: LASC Small Claims eFiling Unavailable
Effective May 16, 2016 – May 30, 2016
Due to a major system upgrade, Small Claims eFiling for the submission of new claims will not be available from 12:01 a.m. on Monday, May 16, through 12:01 a.m. Monday, May 31, 2016.
The filing windows at the six courthouses that hear small claims cases – Alhambra, Downey, Inglewood, Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley, Stanley Mosk, and Van Nuys East – will continue to accept new small claims filings as usual.
Fax filing will not be impacted by the upgrade. Fax filing telephone numbers can be found on the Court’s website at www.lacourt.org or by following this link: http://www.lacourt.org/division/civil/pdf/FaxFilingNumbers.pdf
