NOTICE: SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA CIVIL FEE CHANGES

Effective January 1, 2020

As a result of the enactment of AB 330, effective January 1, 2020, the fee for Government Code (“GC”) 70626 (a) is increased to $40, and the fee for the GC 70626 (b) is increased to $45.  Prior to January 1, 2020, the fee for GC 70626 (a) is $25 and the fee for GC 70626 (b) is $30.
