Through their vendor Tyler Technologies, Yolo County Superior Court has announced their plans to offer eFiling on Monday, August 17, 2020. Filing through the portal will be mandatory for represented parties on the day of launch. Self‑represented litigants, while strongly encouraged to eFile, are not required to do so.
The court will post details on their website in the coming days. The Odyssey Filing system will be utilized by the Yolo court.
