The Clerk-Recorder will be offering dropboxes to allow customers to request services from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday – Friday. Documents will be picked up throughout these hours.
The following can be dropped off with a check or money order only:
- Birth, death, marriage record applications (for Authorized copies, a completed sworn statement in addition to a notary acknowledgment is required).
- Fictitious Business Name statements
- Documents to be recorded
- Official record copy request
- Marriage licenses that have been issued and ready for recording (must be included in the envelope provided to the couple)
Any documents proceed will be sent back by regular mail which can approximately take 1 week for you to receive them back. If you need your documents back as soon as possible you may include an envelope with postage for faster delivery.
