Effective November 9, 2020, the Civil Divisions with the Riverside Superior Court will launch the use of a new case management system called eCourt® . The new system will provide efficiencies for staff and enhance the court’s ability to maintain complete and easily accessible records. Information about existing cases will be converted from the current legacy system to the new system in order maintain the continuity of court records.

Please be advised that the transition to the new case management system will begin on Friday, November 6, 2020. Due to this transition, we ask that all civil filings and documents, including those in unlawful detainer and small claims cases, be submitted to the clerk’s office no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6th. Civil filings and documents submitted after 3:00 p.m. will be processed on Monday, November 9, 2020.

The Reserve Civil Motion Date program will also be unavailable starting at 3:00 p.m. on November 6th through Sunday, November 8, 2020.

Riverside Public Access will be unavailable starting at 5:00 p.m. on November 6th through Sunday, November 8, 2020. After the launch of the new case management system, civil case information will be accessible via the Court’s website under Online Services. The case information available is limited to what is permitted under the California Rules of Court.

Additionally, the Riverside Superior Court anticipates launching eFiling for civil cases to allow parties to file civil documents electronically in the near future.

The Court appreciates your patience while we make the transition to the new case management system.
