The Riverside Superior Court has published a protocol for remote civil jury trials. With the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing requirements, the Court is not able to welcome counsel, parties, witnesses, or jurors into all civil trial courtrooms for the purpose of in-person civil trials. Therefore, aligned with California Rules of Court, Emergency Rule 3, the Riverside Superior Court has developed and published a protocol for remote civil jury trials.The protocol for remote civil jury trials can be found on the court’s website at the following locations:
