SAN BERNARDINO, CA–Effective January 4, 2021, all clerk’s offices (with the exception of Big Bear) will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon) daily (reduced from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily) due to the dramatic increase in the COVID-19 positivity rate in San Bernardino County, severe staffing shortages and to reduce public contact. This change is authorized by local implementation order issued by Presiding Michael A. Sachs.
Phone services and hours include:
Bernardino Superior Court employees, all persons entering a courthouse or court facility must self-screen themselves before coming into any building using the included self-assessment. Anyone who answers “yes” to any of the questions listed, or feels ill, may not enter any court location and must use remote options to coming in or reschedule your hearing/other matter.
All court users are encouraged to utilize remote options including filing documents, requesting copies or making payments. Please visit the Court’s website at: www.sb-court.org.
