The Sonoma County Superior Court (the Court) will be closed for regular business Monday, October 28, 2019. The Court’s facilities are located in the mandatory evacuation zone and the Court is closing for the safety of the public and its employees.
All jurors are excused from reporting on Monday October 28, 2019. All jurors should check the Court’s website on Monday, October 28, 2019 after 5:00 p.m. for their Tuesday, October 29, 2019 reporting status.
All hearings scheduled for Monday, October 28, 2019 will be rescheduled for a later date.
During this closure, the Court is making arrangements to have all emergency ex parte applications and emergency requests for temporary restraining orders heard, starting at 10:00 a.m., at the Petaluma Courthouse located at 11 English Street in Petaluma. Please check this page for updates on where emergency matters will be heard.
All Court users are advised to check this page on Monday evening for updates regarding the Court’s status for Tuesday, October 29, 2019.
