Effective July 1, 2019, Ventura Superior Court Local Rule 4.05 regarding electronic delivery of documents has been revised to add the following to the list of documents excluded from electronic submission through eDelivery:
- Any and all documents relating to restraining order matters, including applications/requests for restraining orders, proposed temporary restraining order, and notice of hearing, (i.e., Domestic Violence, Civil Harassment, Elder Abuse, etc.)
- All Ex Parte Applications
