OMICRON SURGE PUSHES DELAYS IN COURT SERVICESDue to the recent COVID-19 surge brought on by the Omicron variant, San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC) is again adapting to continued changing conditions. We continue to be committed to maintaining access to justice through in-person and remote services. However, Omicron has presented high incidences of COVID-19, and as a result, certain locations or units within the respective court locations may have to close for part or the entire day at any given time due to shortages. Members of the public are highly encouraged to frequently check SBSC’s designated COVID-19 webpage (www.sb-court.org/covid-19), and social media accounts (Twitter and Facebook) for the latest services available to the public prior to coming into the court in person. You may also experience longer wait times for in-person and over-the-phone services. Please continue to have patience, wear your mask, in accordance with the statewide mandate, and do not come to court if you are sick.
