Beginning Friday, March 20th the Yuba County Clerk-Recorder/Elections will be closed for in-person services.  Mandatory essential services will be provided only by mail and online.  If the service you are looking for is not listed, it is not available at this time.

  • Purchasing copies of Official Records (Grant Deeds, etc.) by mail

County Clerk:

  • Purchase vital record certified copies (Birth, Death, Marriage Certificates) by mail and online through https://www.vitalchek.com/
  • Fictitious Business Names by mail
  • CEQA filings by mail

Elections:
