Limited Civil Collection Judicial Assignment Changes at the San Fernando Courthouse
On Feb. 2, 2026, the Limited Civil Collection Division implemented the following changes to courtroom operations at the San Fernando Courthouse, located at 900 Third St., San Fernando:
- Judge A. Ashley Tabaddor is assigned to Department L. Department L has opened as a new second Limited Civil Collections Courtroom. All matters previously assigned to Judge Tabaddor in Department K are now assigned to Department L for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.
- Judge Enrique Monguia will remain assigned to Department K. All matters previously assigned to Judge Monguia remain assigned to Judge Monguia for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing.
