Limited Unlawful Detainer (Evictions) Judicial Assignment Change at the Michael D. Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse
Judge Justin A. Ford Will Be Assigned to Department A09
Effective Sept. 21, 2026, the Civil Division will implement the following change to courtroom operations at the Michael D. Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse, located at 42011 4th St. W., Lancaster.
Judge Justin A. Ford will be assigned to Department A09, an Unlawful Detainer courtroom. All matters previously assigned to Department A09 will be assigned to Judge Ford for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing.
