Sacramento County Superior Court: Criminal Division Moves to eFiling
Effective August 10, 2026, the Sacramento Superior Court Criminal Division no longer accepts hard-copy documents over the counter. All criminal filings must now be submitted through the court’s eFiling portal.
The change coincides with the launch of the court’s new criminal case management system.
