San Joaquin Superior Court eFiling System Outage
The San Joaquin Superior Court has announced that its AppFile eFiling portal is currently unavailable.
During this outage, First Legal will automatically submit your filings directly with the court in person to avoid disruption to your filing needs.
Same-day filing cut-off times:
- Stockton Courthouse: 11:00 A.M.
- Branch Courthouses: 9:00 A.M.
Please continue sending your filing documents to your local First Legal office as usual. Our team will coordinate and route your filings to our San Joaquin filing department for processing.
