Family Law Judicial Assignment Changes at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse
Commissioner Blossom Will Be Assigned to Department 317, and Judge Puente Will Be Assigned to Department 243
Effective Sept. 16, 2026, the Family Law Division will implement the following changes to courtroom operations at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, located at 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles.
- Commissioner Susanne Blossom will be assigned to Department 317. All matters previously assigned to Department 317 will be assigned to Commissioner Blossom for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.
- Judge Alma D. Puente will be assigned to Department 243. All matters previously assigned to Department 243 will be assigned to Judge Puente for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings, and document routing.
