Limited Unlawful Detainer (Evictions) and Small Claims Judicial Assignment Change at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse
Judge Dang Will Be Assigned to Department 500
Effective Oct. 19, 2026, the Civil Division will implement the following change to courtroom operations at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, located at 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles.
- Judge Binh Q. Dang will be assigned to Department 500. All matters previously assigned to Department 500 will be assigned to Judge Dang for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing.
