PROBATE DIVISION ANNOUNCES COURTROOM CHANGES AT MICHAEL D. ANTONOVICH ANTELOPE VALLEY COURTHOUSE
The Probate Division will implement the following changes to courtroom operations effective January 3, 2023:
- Judge Stephen T. Morgan will be assigned all probate matters previously assigned to Dept. A12 at the Michael D. Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse, 42011 Fourth St. W., Lancaster. These matters will be heard in Dept. A14 for all purposes unless otherwise notified.
Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings, and document routing.
