RESCINDMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 22/03 MANDATORY CHILD CUSTODY MODIFICATION FORMS
Effective October 2, 2023, the Court hereby rescinds Administrative Order No. 22/03, adopted October 11, 2022. Effective immediately, the following procedures apply in family law proceedings:
- Requests for custody orders may be submitted on a Request for Order (Judicial Council Form FL-300) in an existing child support/DCSS case.
- Requests to modify custody orders may be submitted on a Request for Order (Judicial Council Form FL-300) in an open family law domestic violence case.
