SISKIYOU COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: LAUNCH OF EFILING FOR CIVIL CASES

The Siskiyou County Superior Court is pleased to announce Electronic Filing (EFiling) will be made available in the following case types effective Tuesday, April 2, 2024:

• Civil
• Small Claims
• Family Law
• Probate

EFiling will eventually replace Fax Filing and allows court users the convenience to submit and pay for filings online without the need to fax them and wonder if the fax went through correctly or not.

EFiling is encouraged but will not be mandatory at this time. Paper filings will continue to be accepted at the court clerk service windows until further notice.

Additional information about the EFiling process, available Electronic Filing Service Providers (EFSP’s), and Frequently Asked Questions will be posted on the Court’s website by April 2, 2024.
