We’re excited to announce that Ron Dappen has joined First Legal as our new Vice President of Marketing.
Ron is a seasoned marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in the legal industry. He’s helped legal services and technology companies grow from early-stage startups into global leaders, guiding brand strategy, accelerating growth, and building strong client-focused marketing programs along the way.
Before joining First Legal, Ron served as the global head of marketing at Elevate, where he led the company’s branding and go-to-market strategy from the ground up. He’s also held senior roles at Integreon and founded a marketing consultancy focused on helping innovative legal service providers scale and succeed.
At First Legal, Ron will lead all aspects of marketing strategy and execution. His work will help expand our national footprint, strengthen client relationships, and further position First Legal as the premier one-stop shop for litigation support services.
Ron brings a global perspective to his role, having lived and worked in legal hubs like New York, London, Los Angeles, and Mumbai. Now based in Denver with his wife and children, Ron enjoys music, theatre, and exploring the Rocky Mountains in his spare time.
