Maricopa County Clerk’s Office: Probate eFile Webinar – Wed., Feb. 25th

Court Notice

Probate eFile Webinar – Wednesday, February 25th

On Wednesday, February 25, the Clerk of the Superior Court in Maricopa County is hosting a live virtual information and Q&A session on Probate eFile.

In 2025, the Clerk’s Office launched eFile for Probate cases, allowing all case types to be electronically filed in various stages of the case.

This informational session is designed to provide an overview of the new Probate eFile process and answer all your questions.

Topics will include:

  • Probate e-Filing availability and exclusions,
  • Applicable authorities,
  • Guidance on e-Filing confidential documents,
  • Training and support resources,
  • Live system demonstration, and
  • Q&A with Clerk’s Office staff.

The current Probate eFile capability is only for subsequent pleadings, and not for case-initiating documents or original Wills. Future updates will include case initiation and other efficiency updates.

If you are part of Maricopa County’s legal community or interested in learning more about the new process, join the Clerk’s Office on Wednesday, February 25, from 12:00 PM -1:00 PM.
