EL DORADO COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: MANDATORY EFILING

Effective July 1, 2025, pursuant to El Dorado County Superior Court Local Rule 7.08.00, electronic filing (eFiling) will become mandatory in Adoptions, Civil, Family Law, Family Support, Probate, and Small Claims. eFiling is mandatory pursuant to Code of Civil Procedures section 1010.6(g) and California Rules of Court (CRC), rule 2.253(b) for all represented parties and justice partners. Self-represented parties, as defined in CRC, rule 2.250(b)(10), are exempt from mandatory eFiling.
