Limited Civil Collection Judicial Assignment Change at the Norwalk Courthouse
Effective March 23, 2026, the Limited Civil Collection Division Has Implemented the Following Change to Courtroom Operations at the Norwalk Courthouse
Effective March 23, 2026, the Limited Civil Collection Division has implemented the following change to courtroom operations at the Norwalk Courthouse, 12720 Norwalk Blvd., Norwalk, CA 90650:
- Judge Erin M. Donovan has been assigned to Department Y. All matters previously assigned to Judge Sherry Powell in Department Y are now assigned to Judge Erin M. Donovan in Department Y for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings, and document routing.
