PROBATE DIVISION ANNOUNCES COURTROOM CHANGES AT STANLEY MOSK COURTHOUSE

The Probate Division will implement the following change to courtroom operations, effective January 31, 2022:

  • Judge Ruben Garcia will be assigned to Department 9 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles. All matters previously assigned to Dept. 9 will be assigned to Judge Garcia for all purposes.

All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to identify the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk, beneath the case number.
