We’re thrilled to announce that Bob Rowe has joined First Legal as President, bringing over 30 years of legal industry leadership to our team. A former litigator and seasoned general manager, Bob has built a career scaling global operations, improving service delivery, and driving value for clients and stakeholders alike.
In this new role, Bob will run day-to-day operations at First Legal, enabling CEO Alex Martinez to focus on long-term strategy, M&A opportunities, and company culture. Their combined strategic alignment will support our next phase of growth and innovation in litigation support services and technology.

Bob’s impressive track record includes executive leadership roles at multiple private equity-backed companies, including Integron, where, as CEO, he led a global team of 3,500 professionals and completed a successful sale recognized as “Exit of the Year – Small Cap” by the Asian Venture Capital Journal. He also founded managed services provider Nextra Litigation Solutions, helped grow Huron Legal’s national practice group, and brings a results-driven mindset shaped by his experience as a U.S. Army intelligence officer.
