ORANGE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: RECORDING FEE INCREASE
Effective January 1, 2025, the County of Orange, California, will increase its:
- Standard first-page recording fee from $7.00 to $12.00.
- Government rate recording fee from $10.00 to $18.00.
