ORANGE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: ELECTRONIC FEE PAYMENT NOW AVAILABLE FOR CIVIL COMPLEX CASES
Effective June 27th, 2025
The Orange County Superior Court is pleased to announce the expansion of electronic fee payment processing to include complex cases, effective June 27th, 2025. Parties are able to securely pay the below fees directly through the portal, providing greater convenience and efficiency.
- Court reporting services lasting one hour or less
- Court reporter per diem fees lasting more than one hour (half/full day)
- Subsequent Jury Trial Fee
Background
Currently, attorneys and litigants needing to pay these fees for complex cases are required to do so in person, in the clerk’s office at the Central Justice Center.
What’s New
Effective June 27th, 2025, the Civil Fee payment Portal will allow parties to submit fee payments online for Complex cases. This addition is designed to streamline the payment process, reduce the need for in-person transactions, and improve overall accessibility.
Parties will be able to make payments securely 24 hours a day, seven days a week, eliminating the necessity of waiting in line at the Clerk’s Office.
