Riverside County Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder: ACR Fee Update

Effective August 28, 2025, and in accordance with Ordinance No. 729.11, the Riverside County Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder will implement updated fees for County Clerk and Recorder services. These adjustments are part of the department’s scheduled review to ensure fees remain aligned with the cost of providing essential public services.

Additionally, in accordance with Ordinance No. 891.3, Assessor fees will be updated effective September 23, 2025. These changes apply to services such as property data reports, assessment-related services, and other specialized assistance.

Customers planning transactions after these dates are encouraged to review the updated fee schedule prior to submitting documents or service requests to ensure accurate payment and timely processing.
