SAN DIEGO SUPERIOR COURT: NOTICE OF INTERRUPTION OF PROBATE EFILING SERVICES THIS WEEKEND FOR MIGRATION TO THE TYLER ODYSSEY SYSTEM

Please be advised that San Diego Superior Court will be migrating their Probate eFiling to the Tyler Odyssey system this weekend.

Users may continue eFiling into Probate Cases until Friday, February 9th, 4:45 PM PST. For clients utilizing our concierge eFiling service, we must have your documents by 2:45 PM PST.

Users may resume eFiling into Probate cases on Monday, February 12th at 8:00 AM PST.

Users may not be able to search for cases or submit transactions during the migration. Any transactions submitted after the Friday deadline will remain in a queue to be submitted on Monday morning.
