Superior Court of Los Angeles County Issues Sixth Amended Standing Order – Limited Jurisdiction Unlawful Detainer (Eviction) Cases Assigned to All Courthouses
Sixth Amended Standing Order Supersedes and Replaces Previously Issued Fourth Amended Standing Order and Fifth Amended Standing Order
Effective March 3, 2026, the Superior Court of Los Angeles County has issued a Sixth Amended Standing Order – Limited Jurisdiction Unlawful Detainer (Eviction) Cases Assigned to All Courthouses.
This Sixth Amended Standing Order supersedes and replaces the previously issued Fourth Amended Standing Order and Fifth Amended Standing Order in their entirety.
All parties are hereby notified that unlawful detainer (eviction) proceedings assigned to all courthouses shall proceed in accordance with the Sixth Amended Standing Order, effective March 3, 2026.
