Civil Harassment Restraining Orders
Effective January 5, 2026, Civil Harassment Restraining Order cases will be assigned to Judge Carol L. Hubner in Courtroom J1 at the Juvenile Justice Center in Oxnard and heard on Mondays and Fridays at 2:30 PM.
Civil Harassment Ex Parte hearings will be heard in Courtroom J1 at 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
All current Civil Harassment Restraining Order cases currently assigned to Commissioner Brian L. Sottile in Courtroom 34 will be reassigned to Judge Carol L. Hubner in J1 as of January 5, 2026.
Civil Harassment Restraining Orders may be filed in person at the Juvenile Justice Center located at 4353 E. Vineyard Avenue, Oxnard, CA 93036. Clerk’s Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
Filings may also be submitted by US mail to the Juvenile Justice Center (at the address above) or deposited via drop box located at the front entrance to the Oxnard courthouse.
Civil Harassment Restraining Order filings will not be accepted for filing at the Hall of Justice in Ventura.
