MARICOPA COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE: CONSENT DECREE EFILING PROCESS

The Clerk’s Office is pleased to announce that parties may now eFile Family Court Consent Decrees, Consent Judgments, or Consent Orders via eFileAZ. (NOTE: Per Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Order 2023-35, this does not include eFiling for initiating a case related to a Summary Consent Petition/Decree. Nor does this apply to Default Decrees.)

The filing party uploads TWO separate documents: [1] the Notice of Lodging and [2] the Consent Decree/Consent Judgment/Consent Order and all accompanying documents following the instructions as provided in the Consent Decree FAQs link below. The judicial officer places the judicial officer’s signature on the appropriate pages and then electronically files the signed orders. The signed documents will appear on the docket, and copies will be mailed to the parties at the address on file with the Clerk’s Office.
