EFM EFILING FEE ADJUSTMENT TO AFFECT SEVERAL CALIFORNIA COURTS
Beginning on approximately August 20th, Journal Technology Inc. (JTI), an eFiling manager (EFM) for several California Superior Courts, will adjust its eFiling fee for courts that use the company’s technology. JTI’s eFiling fees shall take effect, which are described below:
- Current Fee Structure: (a) Optional eFilings: $2.95/filing; (b) Mandatory eFilings: $1.95/filing
- New Fee Structure: $3.50/filing, both for mandatory and optional eFilings
