SACRAMENTO COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT: IMPLEMENTS EFILING FOR CIVIL AND PROBATE CASES

Beginning June 17th, eFiling will go live for Small Claims and Unlawful Detainer cases. For civil cases, eFiling will become mandatory on July 1st for litigants represented by attorneys. Self-represented parties in civil cases will be exempt from this requirement. See this notice for further details.
