SAN BERNARDINO SUPERIOR COURT WILL BE GOING LIVE SOON WITH PROBATE E-FILING
There will be a two-part launch starting with a “Soft” Launch for a subset of local filers then it will be opened up for all Filers.
Soft Launch – Thursday, March 9th, 2023. The court is working with a few local Law Firms for the first two weeks to work out any challenges. Any filers who submit a filing and are not authorized to do so during the soft launch will be rejected and asked to handle it as they normally would without eFile.
Hard Launch – Monday, March 20th, 2023. The court will open this up for all Filers.
Prior to these two launches, San Bernardino Superior Court will be holding two Bar Association Educational Sessions. The invitation will go directly to the Bar Association themselves.
